About

Joseph Olopade’s research focus was on improving the performance of cross-functional teams in construction, like those commonly found on design-build and IPD projects.  Under Dr. Franz (2016-2020), his research identified pathways or “recipes” of conditions that cross-functional teams must satisfy to enable on-time and on-budget delivery of collaborative projects.  He is now a project manager with Haskell in Jacksonville, FL.
