About

Colin Lasch is a current Ph.D. student in the M.E. Rinker, Sr. School of Construction Management.  His research with Dr. Franz is focused on project delivery systems that support post-disaster recovery and reconstruction operations.  Given the unique challenges in post-disaster recovery, such as time compression, community engagement, and the need for communication, Colin is exploring the potential of design-build delivery as a means of “building back better”.
