Bradley Roberts is a non-traditional graduate student, completing his M.S. in Construction Management while working full-time with the University Police Department. His has been working with Dr. Franz since Spring 2018 and his research interests are centered around the human factor skills needed in successful project teams. Bradley plans to continue his education at UF to obtain a Ph.D., with the intention of becoming a construction educator after retiring from the police force.
