Grace Comito is a current M.S. student in the M.E. Rinker, Sr. School of Construction Management. Her research with Dr. Franz is focused on process improvement in small to medium-sized construction firms. Working closely with Carlton Construction, Grace is conducting an intervention study to test the efficacy of new processes and reporting metrics in changing the behavior of small project teams.
